Sharing and gently discussing our dreams within safe and sacred space can deepen our experience of pregnancy, illuminate our lives, and help to prepare us for birth and motherhood.
When pregnant, we remember more of our dreams. Our dreams can be more vivid, have increased urgency and intensity. Some research shows dream patterns that correspond with the stage of pregnancy.
I'm not aware of any study looking at the dreams of women who are in the process of adopting a baby or child, but it would not surprise me to find there are changes to dreams during that time, as well. This dream group can be a lovely way for us to explore this together.

Preparation for Birth
Honor your dreams and they will guide you home.
"There is a greater amount of actual dreaming and dream recall when a woman is pregnant than at any other time during her life. The dreams will relate to her condition of pregnancy, the trimester she is in, and what is going on in her body at the time." ~ Patricia Garfield, PhD.
"The dream is the small hidden door in the deepest and most intimate sanctum of the soul, which opens to that primeval cosmic night that was soul long before there was conscious ego and will be soul far beyond what a conscious ego could ever reach." ~ Carl Jung
"We are so captivated by and entangled in our subjective consciousness that we have forgotten the age-old fact that God speaks chiefly through dreams and visions." ` Carl Jung
