All appointments are conducted via secure video at present.

1. Out-of-Pocket Payment:

• Sliding Scale $100-$160 self-pay for standard session (53 minutes)
• Income-based Community Resource Pricing, $20-80, is available when such a slot is open. All of these slots are full at present.
• We ALWAYS start with meeting once a week.

2. Insurance Payment:
Please note: while I take these insurances that's not a guarantee I'm in network with your plan. We will run an insurance check. We also submit claims for you.

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (this does not include BCBS administered Medicaid plans, nor any Medicaid)

• Health Alliance

Not in network with Medicaid plans.
We do not bill out of network.
