Flash Technique
I am trained in Flash Technique, a method of processing disturbing events or traumas that does not require going into the details of such experiences and so may be potentially less dysregulating than EMDR. Flash grew out of EMDR and is accepted by EMDRIA. Flash is the form of EMDR we usually do in Telehealth (online) therapy.
