Depth Psychology We are a part of nature and the land, of the deep and ancient stories that live in it, whether we know it consciously or not. EMDR & FLASH Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is a robust, evidence-based method that uses eye movements to work deeply in neural networks to reprocess difficult or traumatic events. I am a trained EMDR Therapist, with additional training in Attachment-Focused EMDR by Laurell Parnell. The FLASH technique grew out of EMDR and is somewhat more simple and brief. Both forms of therapy require preparation. More here.
